PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING YOUR EVENT

REQUIREMENTS BEFORE TESTING :

Prior to any tasting an initial over the phone consultation and approval of catering quote must be approved. Once the catering quote / invoice is approved and budget agreed upon a tasting can be set by appointment only. The tasting is a paid tasting and tiffany’s catering will send a tasting quote based on the packages and or menu items requested for the tasting. The 25% non-refundable deposit is due the day of the tasting. Tiffany’s catering will waive up to $350 and the tasting can become complimentary with signed invoice, catering policy and 25% deposit due the day of the tasting.

**Total catering invoice must be minimum of $6,500 in order for tasting fee to be waived.

If a deposit is not placed the day of the tasting the tasting invoice will have to be paid. Even if one decides to move forward at a later date the tasting will have to be paid for in the event the 25% non-refunadable deposit is not given the day of the tasting.

*For all micro-events and weddings all tastings are minimum $150 tasting fee (non-waived). All events under 50 guests are considered micro-events. 

TYPICAL WEDDING TASTING COSTING BASED ON PACKAGES : ALL PRICES ARE MINIMUM AND STARTING COST AND CAN VARY AND INCREASE BASED ON ACTUAL MENU ITEMS CHOSEN

BRONZE PACKAGE- $150 and up 

taste salad, 1 entree, starch & vegetable 

SILVER PACKAGE – $300 and up 

taste 1 appetizer, salad, 2 entrees, starch & vegetable (taste the vegetarian / vegan option is available only upon request) 

GOLD PACKAGE - $325 and up 

taste 2 appetizers, salad, 2 entrees, starch & vegetable 

(taste the vegetarian / vegan option is available only upon request) if dessert is substitued for appetizer can taste additional appetizer 

PLATINUM PACKAGE- $350 and up 

taste 3 appetizers, premium salad, 2 entrees, starch, vegetable, (taste the vegetarian / vegan option is available only upon request) if fruit is substitued for appetizer can taste additional appetizer. kid menu tasting and vendor meal tasting is also optional and available upon request for an additional fee. 

WHO CAN ATTEND AND WHAT TO EXPECT :

Tasting costs are for 2 people and any additional people up to 4 people max is additional $75 per person. 

Tastings depending on the package chosen and can take anywhere from 1-1.5 hours and include final menu consultation and catering policy and invoice review before signature and 25% non-refundable deposit is given. 

Tastings are conducted at my shop tiffany’s catering at 2099 S. Atlantic Blvd. Suite J. Monterey Park, CA. 91754 

Tastings are scheduled only Mondays – Thursdays ( no weekend tastings)

PAYMENT SCHEDULE :

25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date based on your estimated costs due the day of the tasting. 

50% non-refundable deposit, based on your estimated costs, is required two weeks prior to event unless other arrangements have been made. Weddings paid in full two weeks prior to wedding date unless other arrangements have been made. Any event over $2,000 must be paid in full 7 days prior to the event date. 

CANCELLATIONS :

Should a cancellation occur, the 50 % deposit is forfeited. Events booked and then cancelled at the last minute, without having paid a deposit, will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to the stated deposit. Events booked and cancelled 72 hours in advance and the day of the event will be charged the entire amount of the event cost.

PRICES

Estimates and quotes are subject to any adjustments that may be desired by the customer. Each adjustment will be subject to approval.

TAXES :

All services are subject to 10.25 % charge for taxes.

GUEST COUNTS :

The minimum guest count number must be locked in without changes 7 days prior to event date. Increases on the guest count can be made up to 72 hours before event date. minimum guest count for a larger event which is guest count over 100 count or at least $2000 have 14 days prior to event date to make any changes.  

MENU CHOICE AND APPROVAL :

The menu is to be selected by the contact person and if the client would like suggestions from tiffany’s catering. However, the final menu must be approved by the client. There are no menu changes once the menu has been set and approved by client. You have 7 days prior to the event to make any menu changes and 14 days prior if your event is over 100ct or over $2,000.
