4. Bookings and Cancellations

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Final payment terms will be communicated at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event may incur a cancellation fee. Events canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled date may be non-refundable. Changes to menu selections or guest count must be finalized no later than 5 business days before the event.

5. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

Tiffany’s Catering will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. However, we cannot guarantee that food will be free of all allergens due to shared kitchen equipment. Clients are responsible for notifying guests of potential allergens.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tiffany’s Catering is not liable for:

Any damages resulting from your use or inability to use our website or services. Any personal injury, illness, or property damage arising from the consumption of food or attendance at events. Any delays or service interruptions caused by events outside of our control (e.g., natural disasters, power outages, pandemics).
