PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING YOUR EVENT

EVENT REQUIREMENTS BEFORE TASTING :

Prior to any tasting an initial over the phone consultation and approval of cake/ dessert bar quote must be approved. Once the catering quote / invoice is approved and budget agreed upon a tasting can be set by appointment only. The cost for the cake tasting is $55. You can sample 2 different cake flavors 2 fillings and 2 frostings. Any additional flavors are $25. If any custom dessert is requested for tasting tiffany’s catering will send a tasting quote based on the packages and or dessert menu items requested for the tasting. If order 1 dozen minimum of each dessert to

taste. The 25% non-refundable hold the date deposit is due the day of the tasting. 

WHO CAN ATTEND AND WHAT TO EXPECT:

Tasting costs are for 2 people and any additional people up to 4 people max is

additional $10 per person

Tastings depending on the package chosen can take anywhere from 15-30 MINUTES

and include final menu consultation and BAKERY policy and invoice review before

signature and 25% non-refundable deposit is given.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE :

25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date based on your estimated costs due the day of the tasting. 

50% non-refundable deposit, based on your estimated costs, is required two weeks prior to event unless other arrangements have been made. Weddings paid in full 4 weeks prior to wedding date unless other arrangements have been made. Any event over $1,000 must be paid in full 14 days prior to the event date. Any and all events must be paid for 7 days in advance in full, no exceptions! 

CANCELLATIONS:

Should a cancellation occur, the 50 % deposit is forfeited. Events booked and then cancelled at the last minute, without having paid a deposit, will be assessed a cancellation fee equal to the stated deposit. Events booked  

and cancelled 72 hours in advance and the day of the event will be charged the entire amount of the event cost. 

PRICES :

Estimates and quotes are subject to any adjustments that may be desired by the customer. Each adjustment will be subject to approval. 

TAXES :

All services are subject to 9.50% charge for taxes.

GUEST COUNT :

The minimum guest count number must be locked in without changes 7 days prior to event date. Increases on the guest count can be made up to 72 hours before event date. Minimum guest count for a 

larger event, which is guest count over 100 count or at least $1000 have 14 days prior to event date to make any changes. 

MENU CHOICE AND APPROVAL :

The menu is to be selected by the contact person and if the client would like suggestions from tiffany’s catering. However, the final menu must be approved by the client. There are no menu changes once the menu has been set and approved by client. You have 7 days prior to the event to make any menu changes and 14 days prior if your event is over 100ct or over $1,000.
